Recently I have noticed a couple of instances of transmission slip which have given me cause for concern. Last auto I had that slipped was a 1979 Granada with a leaky box so I naturally considered low ATF. Recently went for a drive in my 2007 2.2 X type, and upon turning on the ignition, the ABS warning light, and DSC system fault message came up. These warnings come on before the car even starts moving. I've checked the front wheel speed sensors, and have cleaned them, however the warnings still pops up. .
